- Shan Added August 21, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Pricey uniforms with questionable quality. When this was raised with customer service, they got all defensive instead of apologetic. Some staff can be quite blunt/arrogant while others are nice. Very inconsistent. Customers need more competition with uniform providers as the current providers don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

- Matt Court Added June 22, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm here now waiting in line, the store is only open three hours on a Saturday, so the store is overcrowded and staff frustrated. There are 20 people waiting in line getting furious at the lack of direction and service. Customers don't even know which line is for what?
The business has an overpriced monopoly on school uniforms, if it didnt have the sole rights to sell a schools uniform you would get better quality and competitively priced. Please ask your school to have multiple vendors, so they not only have to compete for the contract, but for the ongoing sales.
