  Dodgy and incompetent .Signed pool contract over 18 months ago.
  Jepordised the house foundation during excavation which cost me extra $30,000 for underpinning.It's been over 18 months and unable to complete the pool.Probably keep on signing contracts without much resources to finish the already signed jobs .I don't want anyone experience the torture we been through signing Harry as pool contractor.
  I won't be surprised the good reviews about him are as dodgy as he himself.

  I don't normally place reviews, but this business deserves a damning review. It has now passed the 30 day mark and yet to receive a quote. Was advised that I would receive a quote 2 days after initial visit. This did not occur. I then decided to text the ultra professional Harry and he rolled.out I am away but will be back in 2 days and the quote should then be sent. 3 weeks passed with no response to any texts. The business phone number always goes to message bank. I did receive a call from the admin person and she suggested she would chase up. I guess she must be still away with Harry. I have since been warned off the Pool Place by others in the trade. Guess I may have dodged a bullet. Thanks for your lack of professionalism Harry

  Be very careful when engaging Harry & the team. Our frustration with Harry started with a very slow build (double the time which was promised), poor communication, lax project management, combined with a delayed handover and now 4.5 years down the track we have a pool (or backyard eyesore) which is drained, in need of repair and has been this way since January 2022. Harry’s building contract is with a 10-year warranty which he has presumably chosen to ignore, even though he has acknowledged the pool fault, resulting in additional costs to us, the pool owner, to repair his companies shoddy work. Harry may promise the world, but his teams workmanship, communication and time management are incredibly poor. My advice is not to use Harry or his company unless you have a backup pool builder and solicitor or VCAT on call!

  From the admin team (Julia) right through to the owner of the business Harry, the service has been A++++! I do not say that lightly! They are professionals and most importantly deliver what they say, a great quality pool!!
