  Customer service is awesome, the whole team are very helpful and they know what they are talking about. Made an appointment day before brought the car in, they changed all the tyres test drove and found it needed a wheel alignment, which they did without extra charge. Can't fault the sevice here. Highly recommended.

  Follow up to my previous review:
  $440 refunded (not the alignment) for front discs and brakes.
  To get the job properly done and the rear discs that were afferted by the terrble job on the front end, $998.
  Stick to tires, Velocity is not prestige mechanics!
  
  Previous review:
  Regarding tires, great service, used them for 10+ years, never a issue and nothing was to hard.
  I do not recommend them for any mechanical works, I got talked into having them do the rotors and brakes on my Jaguar, big mistake, I was also told my control arms were cracked. I had them do the breaks and rotors, warped immediately, it's down to the generic parts or labour, being imbedded incorrectly (as per Jaguar), also my control arms were replaced by Jaguar and the old ones were not cracked.
  
  Unfortunately at the immediate time we referred a friend with a Volvo and she had the same issue with her brakes and took it back to a Volvo mechanic.
  At the end of the day, they would not rectify the situation and simply chose to refund us and end a 10+ year business relationship.
  They need to stick with what they do best, Tires.

  5/5 Stars. Awesome customer service and quality workmanship. I had the pleasure of dealing with Adi at the front desk. What a gentlemen. Swiftly quoted me up and got my car pointing straight in no time. Will be my new local tyre shop for years to come. Highly recommend.
