The directors down to the staff will always treat you well. Angela and Grace will always attend to your needs with respect and makes sure everything will be fine. They value their customers as well as giving you quality homes.
I highly recommend them. - Kingshuk Barman Added April 10, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After getting our units built by BHC, it was found during Telstra phone installation that the string used for drawing the phone line through the inside of the house is missing. One side of the string is available on the side of the house. The other side should be in the garage and it is not there. So called Mark the Director and he promised that he will send the electrician to fix the fault. One week has passed, no one turned up. I have already paid for the units. So I am not a valued customer any more. Rather not even a customer. I am still without a phone.

Sales people are very responsive and the whole process between sales, design and contract drafting has been good as well. Will update when the whole building process finish.

Our build quality is fantastic for the price and we wouldn't hesitate building with them again. Highly recommend Bright. Thank you for our home!
